Missy's Snowy Holiday

Melissa's mum sent through this holiday picture. Their family spent 5 days in Cromwell, 3 days in Balclutha and 2 days in Dunedin. This photo was taken just outside of Alexander. The whole lake was frozen over and the hoar frosts made a stunning background for this photo. It was a winter wonderland. Ben and Missy loved sliding over the ice. At their cousins house ( On a big sheep farm between Wanaka and Cromwell the kids had their own skating rink as their pond had also frozen over!
