Amity's Fairy Tale Rhyme

Snow White
Oh, Snow White so pretty and fine,
But her mum was such a swine.
While Snow White did all the work,
Her mum just acted like a jerk!
She looked in the mirror to see her face,
And what she saw was a disgrace.
She asked the mirror “who is fairest of them all”.
The mirror replied “Not you but do not bawl”.
Snow White is now the new heir,
No more are you very fair.
“I won’t have it the angry queen said,
And she thought with lots of dread.
I can’t have it she must be dead!
She sent a hunter very brave,
So she could build Snow’s grave.
But the hunter had mercy for poor Snow White,
And disobeyed the vicious queen’s plight.
He told her to hide in the woods not at home,
So she left feeling scared and all alone.
She found a cottage in a meadow very green,
But the cottage itself was not very clean.
After vigorous cleaning she felt very tired,
Then the dwarfs saw Snow White and behold she was hired.
The queen found her and gave her an apple so red,
As soon she bit it she fell down quite dead.
But a prince came by and saw Snow White,
As soon as he saw her it was love at first sight.
He gave her a loving stonking beautiful kiss,
She opened her eyes and was alive ‘Cause of this.
They got married and lived happily ever after,
But never found out what happened to her father.

Ciao!

The Island Of Luck

Once upon a time there was a beautiful queen who lived on the island Atu, the queen’s name was Emily Berry that lived with her beloved, King Reginald.

They just had two baby girls but then! Disaster Struck! An evil yet pretty witch called Holly Doomfinger. “I am the rightful heir to the throne” cackled Holly.

Holly electrocuted Emily and Reginald they died of such strong bolts through their bodies, Tauryn Taurus the maid saw this and hid the baby girls away.

16 Years Later

“Raven! Get here now!” screamed Lexie, “I’m coming” muttered Raven. Princess Raven and Lexie were trying on dresses for Lexies birthday.

Lexie was dancing on her boat when she saw land!

Lexie immediately loved the place so she jumped off the boat onto a palm tree but then she thought how am I going to get back on the boat. Luckily she found heaps of useful stuff so she decided to call the island the Island Of Luck.

Working on her project she encountered Holly, Holly was ashamed she was just jealous so without casting a spell Holly helped her.

After a while they built a distress signal, Raven was worried sick when she saw the signal and yelled “There!” The boat swerved in that direction and Raven and Lexie were united and Holly became a good person and they all lived Happily Ever After.

Shopping Nightmare

I will never forget the time my dad publicly humiliated me on the ninth of October because playing a prank and said “Your wardrobe looks a little shabby”. So he drove us to Westfield. As soon we got there he dragged me to ‘Pink Girls’ which I thought said ‘Punk Girls’

I was horrified by the pink! Dad said “How about this number?” It was a pink dress with white polka dots. I pointed out “Dad I am eight not three!” He didn’t care he bought it and made me put it on. Everyone Laughed at me.

I vowed never to wear it. And it so wasn’t fair because Jazz got this totally cool outfit that made him look kigr a celebrity, Jazz loved his outfit but I hated mine I just have one thing to say

Dad is a nutcase when it comes to clothes.

After that Horrendous experience Dad took us to Farmers before he could he could make me a 1950’s girl with some ugly dresses we dragged dad to the lollies. I chose a mini suitcase with those sherbet bracelets some sherbet balls and very pink sherbet lipstick. Strangely something drew me to buy Peztm

Shortly Dad tried to embarrass me again with a white Easter dress with pantyhose! The shop Divas was not my idea of fun Luckily Jazz came to my rescue and dad got me black trendy jeans instead.

Whizzing Wheels Day

On Thursday 6th September it was Whizzing Wheels Day.

You could bring a bike, scooter or skateboard.

Everyone waited for lunch roll to be done then we were off!

Bikers went on the field, skateboarders went to the skate park and scooters were on the court.

We all impatiently waited for the instructions. We had to do a course going around cones I didn’t understand it because I had to go first and I got embarrassed. Soon I got the hang of it and it was really fun.

Next we did a relay race I was against a boy named Jimi. I was off to a good start but when I swerved around Fiona, I slipped and suddenly smash! I landed on my elbows I grazed my knees and hands, good thing I had my pads on!

Finally we weaved in and out of cones continuously. Everyone pike out after a few laps, except Shardia and I. Fiona said I deserved an award. I felt proud.

It was the best day ever!

Daffodil Day’s Importance

Daffodil Day is an awareness event for people with cancer some schools bring coins adds to their coin trail which goes to the Cancer Society.

Daffodil Day needs help so the Cancer Society can do the vital scientific research to find cures for all kinds of cancer.

The Cancer Society has been organising Daffodil Day in NZ since 1990 that’s 22 years!

The Cancer Society has chosen daffodils as its symbol because they grow at the beginning of spring which kind of means there is hope for people with cancer.

With your donation we can help people with cancer, just donate to the Cancer Society. By Amity.
