Soldiers
from Australia and New Zealand died in World War 1 in ANZAC Cove on Z beach.
On the 25th
APRIL 1915 at 4:15am. New Zealand and Australia were just about to reach Z beach with a surprise attack. But then the moon
went down and the Ottoman Army attacked first.
They shot
and shot and shot. They fought in Turkey at a place called Gallipoli on Z beach
but now it is called ANZAC Cove.
They fought
for freedom for their countries.
